Refilling Supplies and Accessories
Unopened and undamaged items may be returned for refund or exchange
if returned within 30 days of receipt.
The buyer is responsible for returning the item at their own expense.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.
For items shipped free, Our shipping and handling costs will be deducted
from refunds for returned items. Original shipping and handling costs for
exchanged items will be added to the cost of the replacement item and the
balance (if any) due before shipping. Credits (if any) will be refunded at
the time of shipping. Shipping of the replacement item is free.

Please be advised that replacement cartridges are ONLY returnable for warranty issues.
