Our Universal Hole Tool for toner cartridges provides a simple and
effective way for anyone to refill their cartridge. It allows you to make
a clean fill hole quickly and easily without drilling. There are no drill
shavings to get into the cartridge. It can be used on many types of
cartridges where the factory fill hole is difficult to access. Once the
toner cartridge has been refilled, the hole is securely sealed with a
piece of the foil sealing tape that comes with our toner
kit.

If this tool is not specifically recommended in the Refill Method
