Online
Use our online shopping cart to
quickly & easily order any item
listed on our website.

Our PayPal shopping cart
accepts all major credit cards.

 Online
1) Locate the item you wish to purchase from the list.
 
2) Click the "BUY" button located next to the item price.
 
3) Click the "Continue Shopping" button to go back to
the product page and select another item. Items can be
removed and/or quantities adjusted as needed on the
shopping cart page. You must click the "Update" button
to implement your changes.
 
4) Click the "Checkout" button to complete your order.

Note: We only handle mail-in orders paid by check or
money order at our location. All online orders and CC
payments are processed by PayPal.  It is not necessary
to have an account with PayPal to have your credit card
payment processed by them.  They accept all major
credit cards.  We prefer to ship to an address that is
registered with your credit card provider. Besides the
billing address for your monthly statement, your credit
card provider may allow you to register an alternate
address for shipping purposes. For security purposes,
we cannot change the shipping address on an order so
you should make sure the correct address
has been entered
 
A shipping confirmation is sent by email when the
order has been shipped (see shipping info below).
 
Mail-in
Use this method if you are a
Canadian customer and prefer
to submit an order by mail.

All checks must clear before
items are shipped. This also
applies to all money orders
except US Postal Money
Orders which are treated like
cash.
 		 Mail-in
1) Locate the item you wish to purchase from the list.
 
2) Click the "BUY" button located next to the item price.
 
3) If more that one item is being purchased, click the
"Continue Shopping" button to go back to the product
page and select another item. Items can be removed
and/or quantities adjusted right on the shopping cart
page. You must click the "Update" button to save the
changes you made.
 
4) Once the cart contains all the items you intend to
order, the total will be shown at the bottom of the
amount column. Print the shopping cart page by right
clicking anywhere on the page and selecting "print"
from the gray dialog box that appears.

5) Mail the printed shopping cart page along with your
payment to the following address:

Please make your check or money order payable to
AJ SPADEA/TonerKits and be sure to include your
shipping and email addresses on your order. Your
phone number is required if shipping to a post office
box.

Note: Since our prices are in US Dollars, you must
write "US Dollars" beside the amount on your check
or money order.  Our bank will convert the funds to
Canadian Dollars when the payment is processed.
 
A shipping confirmation is sent by email when the

Our flat rate shipping covers standard shipping services throughout Canada. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. The US Postal Service is used to ship all orders except on those occasions where the weight of the order is great enough to make shipping via a parcel carrier more feasible. Customers using a post office box (PO Box or POB) should also have their street address listed as part of the overall shipping address in order to accommodate all carriers. Please be sure to include your telephone number if using a post office box. Postal regulations require that international shipments to a post office box must include the telephone number of the recipient on the shipping label. Most shipments arrive in 6 to 10 business days. A shipping confirmation is sent by email when the order has been shipped.

Return/Exchange Policy

Unopened and undamaged items may be returned for refund or exchange if returned within 14 days of purchase.

A 25% restocking fee as well as our shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.

Shipping charges will apply to the shipment of exchanged items.

Please contact us for authorization before returning an item.
