Pricing
All prices on our site are in US Dollars. The order amount will be converted to Canadian Dollars during the checkout process.

Shipping
For Online Orders: We charge a flat shipping rate of $19.00 USD per order regardless of the size of the order. This is the minimum amount possible to provide insured shipping with delivery confirmation tracking. Most online orders are shipped via Priority Mail International and arrive in 6 to 10 business days (see note 1).

For Mail-in Orders: You can choose between Flat Rate Shipping and Free Shipping (see note 2). If you choose flat rate shipping, you may include the $19.00 shipping charge and your order will be shipped the same way as an online order. If you choose free shipping, you may exclude the $19.00 shipping charge and your order will be shipped via First Class Mail International. Note 1: The US Postal Service is used to ship all orders except on those occasions where the weight of the order is great enough to make shipping via a parcel carrier more feasible. Customers using a post office box (PO Box or POB) should also have their street address listed as part of the overall shipping address in order to accommodate all carriers. Please be sure to include your telephone number if using a post office box. Postal regulations require that international shipments to a post office box have the telephone number of the recipient on the shipping/customs label.

Note 2: Free Shipping is only available for small orders. Generally speaking, small orders are under 3 pounds. If you intend to order multiple items with free shipping, please contact us for a weight check to be sure.
