There are no import fees (import duties, taxes or handling fees) on Canadian
orders that are $20.00 CAD or less. The import fees on Canadian orders over
$20.00 CAD will vary depending on which province the items are shipped to
and the amount of the order. Import fees are paid by the customer at the

Note: Import fees on Canadian orders are based on the actual cost of the
items purchased. The shipping cost is NOT counted as part of the order amount
when determining the import fee. With our new reduced shipping rates
to Canada, Canadian customers may find it more advantageous to make smaller
orders on a more frequent basis to avoid import fees rather than an occasional
larger order which would be subject to import fees.
Shipping
Currently, we only ship throughout the USA and Canada. We offer free standard
shipping throughout the USA and reduced rates for standard shipping throughout
Canada. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours via the US Postal Service.
Orders usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days in the USA and within
10 to 14 business days in Canada.
Note: The US Postal Service is used to ship most orders except for instances
where the weight of the order is great enough to make shipping via a parcel
carrier more feasible. Customers using a post office box (PO Box or POB)
should also have their street address listed as part of the overall shipping
address in order to accommodate all carriers. A shipping confirmation
is sent by email when the order has been shipped.
Canadian Customers Please be sure to include your telephone number
if using a post office box. Postal regulations require that international
shipments to a post office box have the telephone number of the recipient
on the shipping/customs label.
