You must be able to print the machine reports to provide some of this information
(click on your printer model below for instructions on how to print the reports)

1) Computer operating system (your computer)
2) Specific printer model (see back of printer)
3) Printer serial number (see Configuration Report and back of printer...should be same number)
4) Crum serial number/s (see Configuration or Supplies Report)
5) Printer OS or firmware version & date (see Configuration Report)
6) Printer status (Ready Mode, Toner Low [flashing], Toner Out [solid] - Ready Mode is recommended)
 
*This information is required in order to determine your printer's compatibility and to
create the fix for your printer.
 
*This firmware fix is meant to work with original Samsung firmware including
Samsung firmware updates not exceeding the newest version listed below.
 
*If you cannot provide all the information requested above or if you have already
installed or tried to install a fix in your printer, we cannot guarantee our fix will work.
